STI’s consistent growth over the years is made possible by maintaining a strong focus in its unique value proposition, the Enrollment to Employment System (E2E). The E2E System is a complete approach to human resource
development which aims to develop ICT-enabled professionals through innovative learning and career planning methodologies. It ensures standardized content and delivery of education, faculty and staff training, facilities and equipment maintenance, and job placement programs in all STI Campuses. Through the E2E System, STI students get applicable education, job market skills, job preparedness, and job placement assistance.

With almost 35 years of providing real-life education to the Filipino youth, STI has transcended beyond its classrooms, courseware and curriculum.
