startups by providing them with the information, connections, opportunities, and assistance they need to achieve their goals.
Among the group's activities are high-quality educational and informative events that feature speakers and panels on topics of relevance to startups - as well as extensive networking opportunities.
We have partnered with Sramana Mitra's One Million by One Million virtual incubator program and actively seek sponsors for pitchfests during which Sramana provides a strategic analysis of each of the pitching companies via WebEx, and the sponsor provides the winning companies with scholarships to the program. The first such event was held at Microsoft Raanana: Microsoft Meets Sramana in the Cloud-A Pitch-Fest with Big Prizes.
In addition to events, members are regularly notified via email and the Meetup site regarding various opportunities, including investors seeking startups and distributors seeking representations. We tweet about our members, with tweets being retweeted by a team in the US on ECO - EntrepreneurCommunityOnline.com, some of whom have significant followings. Occasional articles for and about ISN members are posted on the ISN blog and relevant info is posted on our Facebook page.
