At Equitise, we’ve set out to change that by creating an equity crowdfunding platform that enables companies to raise capital from investors, customers and friends in an intuitive, simple and social way. Our mission is to increase the accessibility of capital to private Australian companies to help them succeed.

How are we going to do it?
We adopt the all or nothing approach to crowdfunding. When you commit your money as an investor on our platform, we hold that money in a secure escrow account until the project either succeeds or fails to raise the target funds in the required time period. If the project succeeds we prepare your shareholder agreement through our trusted legal partner and pass the complete capital amount onto the business. If the project fails, our banking partner will transfer this money back to you instantly. Easy as that!
