Our investments are typically made in the form of subordinated debt with warrants. We will consider equity co-investments on a case by case basis. Our preferred mezzanine investment size ranges from $3 million to $10 million. We will invest up to $2 million in equity alongside a debt investment. We believe our investment structure is attractive in the right situations in that it provides needed capital while allowing the existing or new owners to retain a greater level of ownership and control of the company.

We are currently investing out of our third fund, Pine Street Capital Partners III, which is licensed as a Small Business Investment Company ("SBIC").
