We establish a “molecule” of talent around each project, supporting the initiative with a product lead, designer, and developer to iterate on the idea from prototype to completion. Ideas are then prioritized and slated for expansion, introduced to complementary initiatives for collaboration, or shelved.

Every four weeks we complete a full iteration. We take each iteration into the field, shadowing real customers to learn from their feedback and behavior. Then each quarter, we release one venture into the marketplace.
