Our House Rules:
We love speaking with business owners, and welcome thoughts and insight you have to share about starting and growing a business. We also encourage questions and discussions about business both with us, and other business owners. As a reminder, we are a financial institution, which means we belong to an industry that is heavily regulated, and are required to observe stringent privacy laws. There are times that we may delete content that doesn’t fit within our community guidelines. This includes comments that:
•Include your own or another person's contact information, physical address, email address, full name, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
•Cannot be discussed publicly due to industry privacy obligations.
•Contain content that’s false, inaccurate, libelous or otherwise misleading, as well as unsupported accusations.
•Are off-topic. Our posts often feature customers, other small business owners and partners, and we want to afford them productive conversation.
•Are lewd, offensive, libelous, demeaning, or otherwise hurtful or hateful speech directed toward either individuals or groups. That includes comments that are threatening, defamatory, derogatory, inflammatory, inappropriate, sexually explicit or pornographic in nature; contain spam; or violate copyright or trademark law.
•Are intended to sell products, promote personal fundraisers, or other ventures.
Also, please note that Facebook automatically hides comments written in ALL CAPS, or that are repeated several times.
