His mission is to build Jobseekrs® into the world’s most millennial-centric company, where millennials can be inspired, discover and matched with suitable opportunities and great companies.

After much research, Jamaal found a consistent view that the current job search and matching process was very frustrating, where young candidates and employers would go through multiple rounds of interviews before realizing the company or job role wasn't a great fit. Jamaal thought that if you could get a taxi, date and even a doctor through an app – why, in this day and age, couldn’t you be quickly matched to a suitable job and company on your smartphone? The thought stuck with him and from this humble idea, an ultra-fast job matching, video application was created.

Jobseekrs® was created by young people for young people but is scalable for the market willing to embrace technology and save time and costs. This means we have first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced daily by millennials searching for their dream job not to mention, we’re a different type of generation who react differently than what most people react to in the traditional hiring process.
