We have designed a network that resiliently connects our flagship hosting centre in Reading to multiple data centres around the UK and US. This infrastructure estate allows us to offer services to you that will deliver 100% uptime. There are many services available in the market offering guarantees on uptime, but they often don’t consider the application layer. Operating systems fail and so do services, daemons and applications. During the course of our initial consultations we will be looking for those critical systems that through the use of the right technology, we can improve their resilience and efficiency. We want to help you ensure that when software fails, critical services stay online, 24x7, 365 days of the year. We will understand which applications and services are critical to your business and help you to attain 100% uptime, every year.
