Double Helix Games was formed in 2007 from the combination of veteran game developers Shiny Entertainment and Foundation 9 co-founding studio, The Collective. With combined development experience totaling more than 20 years, the two studios have completely integrated into one of the largest and most experienced game makers in the world.
