Customer Service/Questions about a Claim.

If you have purchased one of our products, the terms and conditions of your policy contain contact information about how to contact customer service, make a claim or issue a complaint. You can contact us here on Facebook for general product and process queries but we are unable to respond fully to personal claims queries. If you inquire on the wall about an existing claim, we will send you an email address so we can discuss your claim privately. We will respond to all wall posts as quickly and comprehensively as possible. In some cases we will refer your inquiry on to someone in our organization that can help you best.

Cause for Removal

We encourage open dialog on our Facebook page and it is our policy not to remove posts that are critical of our products, services or company. However we do reserve the right to hide or remove posts under certain circumstances.

Comments focused on selling a product or service, or comments posted for a purpose of driving traffic to a particular website for personal, political, or monetary gain, will be removed.

If you disagree with our content, we'd like to hear from you, but ask that you refrain from personal attacks or being disrespectful of others. Malicious intent and or participation are not in the spirit of civil conversation and will be removed.

Laws that govern use of copyrights & trade secrets should be followed. Posts in violation of these laws will be removed.

Offensive comments and profane or provocative language will be removed. Hateful, racially or ethnically offensive or derogatory content, threats, obscene or sexually explicit language will not be tolerated.
