See More their business. On the other hand, in Nepal as well as in many other developing countries, the local software development market is not developed enough and most of the talented people have no choice but leaving their home country to get job opportunities suitable to their skills.

We have analyzed these issues as complementary opportunities and we made a bridge between France and Nepal.
We create job opportunities in Nepal and we are willing to provide the best working condition to our employees, in terms of working environment, salary, holidays, and especially in terms of social security: we are currently developing our own internal social security system.

We are not a simple outsourcing company willing to reduce the cost by a factor of 10: the value is created in Nepal and should be invested in Nepal. We will exploit the difference of revenues between countries as a leverage for massive investment in education access in Nepal, by financing students’ education, providing scholarships and by funding local NGOs and social enterprises acting in this field. We will ensure a personalized follow-up of the people we trained to provide them opportunities on the long term.
