iFactory3D builds 3D Belt Printers. We enable local serial production: wasteless, individually and on-demand. iFactory3D is changing the way we produce products. With our technology, products can be mass-produced additively and thus manufactured locally, on demand, with no trade customs, no waste and fully individually, perfectly tailored to the customer's needs.
We produce 3D printers that print on a conveyor belt at an angle. This enables fully automatic printing in series for mass production. The printed parts can be much larger than the printer with no limit to the length. Thus, enabling entirely new business cases and industries to apply the benefits of additive manufacturing, e.g. shoe insoles.
iFactory3D developed the mass market proprietary belt printer technology for automated batch production and long objects. Its works by printing at an angle of 30 & 45 degrees and having a conveyor belt as the build surface.

Founded in 2020 by Artur Steffen and Martin Huber, the company is working on an industrial revolution to make additive manufacturing competitive with mass production in terms of automation and scale, without losing the clear benefits of 3D printing: Flexible and individualized production on demand, resulting in less waste. In addition, it eliminates long transportation routes and complicated supply chains with specialized manufacturing processes in Asia.
