Poliglota offers a new way to learn a new language, using the best technology and focused on practice: a network of thousands of group classes, both online (“Online Groups”) and face-to-face (“Learning Groups” in cafés in the main cities of Latin America), based in conversation and guided by expert teachers trained in our methodology.
People choose their groups through the platform, where they can also track their progress, access to additional material and activities, having the possibility to engage with the global student community in the practice sessions. More than 12,000 people have studied in Poliglota, most of them in MĂ©xico, Chile and PerĂş. |
Poliglota is the online language school for Latam, where small group classes are led by instructors.
When learning a language, instead of using a traditional class or downloading duolingo, you join a group of 5 people of the same level, having online social conversations guided by an expert instructor.
English is the #1 skill to get a better job in Latam, and still only 2% of people are able to speak it fluently. We are changing that.
We launched this product last year, and are now making $300K of monthly revenue growing 45% each month. Our gross margin is 75% and we are profitable
Every year in Latam, 9.2M people graduate from high school and most of them can’t speak English. That’s an annual market of $4.6B only in Latam.
We are already growing very fast in Latin America. Now we will scale globally, reaching a growth of 10x over the next 12 months and become the largest language learning school on earth.
