See More loped by team Torchit. It can be used to maneuver around obstacles they encounter in their surroundings on a day-to-day basis. Owing to our mission of empowering visually challenged, this product has been made highly accurate and quite economical with respect to the price, ensuring that most people will derive its benefits without spending too much. ‘Saarthi’, Torch-It is our first innovative product and used by visually impaired people to sense their surroundings and navigate their way through life. We attached highly accurate sensors to the device in order to perceive obstacles and provided feedback in the form of a buzzing sound and vibrating sensations. A powerful battery and microcontroller were used to make it more efficient and long-lasting. Useful in all different situations, i.e. indoor mobility, outdoor mobility, etc.
