Leebow has long been an advocate on behalf of the American steel industry. Since 2017, he has lobbied in support of American steel manufacturers and service businesses.

Leebow is a graduate of Orange City Schools, a Cleveland-area public school system. After high school, he pursued a degree in business and entrepreneurship at the University of Miami, in Florida. Prior to graduation, he left Miami for Los Angeles to pursue a career in film production.

Todd Leebow returned to Cleveland in 2007 and joined Majestic Steel USA in a leadership position overseeing supply chain management and innovation. In 2012, he assumed duties of president and CEO from Dennis Leebow.

As leader of day-to-day operations at Majestic, Leebow sought to rebrand the company and construct a dynamic, digitized culture. Envisioning Majestic as a next generation steel company that operated as much as a technology enterprise as a steel processor and distributor, Leebow made significant investments in the organization’s technology and data protocols. For Majestic Steel USA, these investments have been key differentiators and talent attractors.

In recent years, Todd Leebow and his team have developed a number of technology products in-house. These include the Core Report, a weekly steel industry fact and trend sheet; Unravel, a mobile app that helps Majestic customers calculate steel weight, cost and yield to illuminate the total cost of steel ownership; and MHub, a customer web portal that empowers customers to manage their steel spend and inventory.
