Mr. Egan is a member of the Board of Overseers of the School of Risk Management at St. John’s University and a was director of the American Institute for Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters. Mr. Egan was a member of Marsh Inc.'s board of directors and the partner's group of MMC. Mr. Egan has been honored as a David Rockefeller Fellow by the New York City Partnership and was the founder of MAC Drug-Free and TeenPride, Inc., both aimed at preventing substance abuse among youths. Mr. Egan holds an A.B. from Boston College, an M.B.A. from New York University Graduate School of Business and is a graduate of the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School and Executive Program at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business
