العمل المشترك هو طريقة يقدر من خلالها أفراد مختلفين عندهم أفكار وعقليات مختلفة إنهم يشتغلوا مع بعض فى مكان واحد. المكان ده فيه كل الإحتياجات اللى أى حد ممكن يحتاجها فى شُغله، سواء المكان نفسه اللى مُجهّز ومُصمم لتلبية الاحتياجات دى، أو البيئة والجو اللى بيشجّع الفرد إنه ينتج أكتر، وبالتالى يُبدع أكتر من خلال المشاركة.

هدف المقــر إنه يخلّى الناس كلها تعرف بعض، فيبدأوا يتفاعلوا ويتعاونوا ويشتغلوا كل واحد مع التانى. عشان كدة هتلاقينا فى المقر كلنا بنساعد وبندعم بعض.. دعم خارج كل التوقعات.
